A slow ground practice rooting and then off to a rising and awakening practice of movement and experiencing the pose for 5-10 breaths gaining strength and feeling fully aware and vibrant then off to a full restorative release in the end. Great for Yogis that are experienced in yoga and looking to get a full on practice. Beginners are welcome and modifications offered if needed.
