One Love One Heart Yoga started back in 2008 in Beeton and has been an important part of the community vibe in this small hamlet. Hundreds of classes and students over the years. Yoga Teachers Trained as well and now are locally teaching. March 2020 COVID hit we closed the physical space and offering online classes.
We have had great success since mid March 2020 with online yoga classes this format was designed due to COVID 19 and the students not wanting to attend a studio environment and as well we were forced to close for 3 months by the Government. . It was a decision that I did not make easily to close the physical space in Beeton. It was the right choice during these uncertain and trying times with the Pandemic. We will revisit in class sessions again 2021 so stay tuned. Namaste Cathy
Monday morning a great way to start your week off with a class designed for beginners to more experienced yogis and always modifications offered if needed.
In the evening a Mindful Meditation 7:00pm is a great way to unwind and relax and take the time to connect to your inner awareness and mindful breath work and relaxation. Need to let the stress go this is for you.
Yoga is for every BODY type and this class will allow the rounder or more challenge bodies to do a basic yoga class. Tiffany loves to share the class vibration of every BODY can do yoga.
Slow and aware is the pace for this class and everyone is welcome Prenatal as well the class is a basic beginner deep stretch and utilizes so me easy strengthening postures to allow you to breathe and focus on each pose.
This class is a faster pace and a great way to release stress nearing the end of your work week or if you need to get your ya ya s out :) Great relaxation at the end to compliment this more active class.
This class is by far a favourite as anyone with illness or injury or even prenatal can attend please let us know of your limitations etc. so we can guide you on a safe and pleasant yoga journey to relaxation.

This class is all about releasing stress and pure relaxation to complete your Sunday chill zone and give you time to let go of anything that does not serve your life. The class is a one hour experience to completely get in tune with where you at physically, mentally and emotionally. I highly recommend this class is your needing to hit the pause the button and rejuvenate your body mind and spirit.
